Mr. Karl Nicholson
Chief Executive Officer. (CEO)
Mr. Karl Nicholson was appointed as the CEO of Grow Up and has been leading the company for over a year. Under his leadership, the company has grown to employ approximately 500 people globally. As CEO, he has expanded Grow Up’s presence internationally, establishing offices in the UK, Italy, and several Nordic countries. Today, Grow Up’s portfolio includes over 220 institutional investors, with assets under management totaling around EUR 21 billion.
Catherine Brooks
Chief Financial Officer. (CFO)
Catherine Brooks joined Grow Up as Chief Financial Officer after a thorough evaluation and selection process by the founders. A graduate in business management, she brings extensive experience as a CFO in the property sector, having held similar roles at various firms. Catherine also has a solid background in international finance and capital markets. She was previously responsible for the finance and capital market operations of the publicly listed European property companies owned by Fortress Investment Group in London.
Mary Mylander
Senior Managing Director
Mary Coffey Mylander is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Fund Management at Grow Up. Before joining the company, Mary led Rocksprings Management, where she was responsible for both the strategic direction and daily operations of the business, in addition to serving as the chairman of the Investment Committees. Prior to her role at Rockspring in 2009, Mary had a distinguished 22-year career as an investment banker specializing in real estate, including serving as the EMEA Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers.
Mark Wojsik
Analyst
Mark began his career as a bank clerk in a small branch. As he progressed through his career, his initial ambition to rise to the top turned into frustration as he gained a deeper understanding of how the banking system operated. This led him to make a personal vow never to work for a bank again, and he shifted his focus to the opposite field—trading. It was Mark who championed the idea that our company must invest in Artificial Intelligence, a move that no one anticipated would elevate us to a new level.
Andrew Barnes
Head Broker
Andrew Barnes is a former trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). He began his career as a clerk at the CBOE and impressively advanced to become a floor trader in just nine months. Recognized as one of the fastest traders worldwide, Barnes achieved remarkable success during the 2007-2008 Financial Crisis, accumulating an impressive $5 million. His vision led to the creation of one of the world’s first live, online trading rooms, where he shares the options trading strategies that contributed to his success. Barne’s dedication to personalized interaction and investor education has earned him a loyal following.
Lisa Marilyn
Account Department
Lisa is a vital member of the Grow Up team, bringing her expertise to the company’s financial operations. As part of the Accounts Department, she plays an essential role in overseeing financial transactions related to our activities.
With a degree in business management, Lisa possesses the skills necessary to manage financial matters efficiently. Before joining Grow Up, she held a similar role at other firms, gaining valuable experience in the property industry. Her strong background in international finance and capital markets makes her a valuable asset to the team.
